M.Des in Design Innovation

The Masters of Design Innovation (M.Des) program at the School of Design Innovation, Mahindra University, is a 2-year full-time Postgraduate program. The program is very unique, and we are proud to have an MOU with Pininfarina Design, a global leader in design excellence. Through this collaboration, selected students will get an exclusive opportunity to intern for their full final year at Pininfarina Design, gaining hands-on experience in a world-renowned design environment.

The program is crafted for exceptionally talented fresh graduates and experienced professionals who seek to elevate their careers and make meaningful contributions to the field of design. It stands out for its strong emphasis on solving real-world problems through a blend of creative thinking, technological expertise, and innovation-driven approaches

The curriculum is built around projects that address grass-root innovations, contemporary and future-facing design problems, enabling students to work on live industry briefs, collaborate with leading organizations, and develop solutions that have a tangible impact. With a focus on design thinking, innovation, and sustainability, the program prepares students to create user-centred designs that meet the evolving needs of industries and society.
