Full-time faculty profile

Faculty needed for the following tracks in our degree programs – specifically Audiovisual Production; Journalism; Communication Management; other areas of Media.
Emphasis will be given to candidates who can evidence industry and professional orientation of thought and execution, who are updated on industry trends, who have shown an interest in bridging the gap between industry and academia. Long academic experience is less important. Involved student-orientation is emphasized. Systems orientation, a visible ability to network and connect, and commitment to reach out to industry, institutions and other external stakeholders is a must.
PhD degree from Indian or foreign university (recognized by competent authority) in relevant subject with a minimum of 55%. Master’s degree candidates who are presently doing their doctoral degree are also welcome to apply.

Requirements for all positions: The goal of our university is to help students enter relevant industries fully trained with industry-ready competence. The faculty member commits to an outcome-driven curricular delivery. To achieve this objective, each faculty member is accountable for ensuring that the aims and outcomes of each course under his / her supervision are demonstrably and impactfully reached.
