Six impacts of UGC move to allow Harvard, Princeton, Yale to open campuses in India
S. Ramakrishna Velamuri, Dean and Professor at the School of Management Mahindra University, has penned an article on six impacts of UGC’s move to allow branches of IVY League colleges to open in India. He goes on to say that despite setting branches, the cost of education will not considerably decrease as the college would want to maintain its reputation. Still, there would be more options for the students and faculty. He concludes by saying that it is good to have high-quality competition as long as the rules are fair.
