Technology and Job(less) Growth in India

Mahindra University’s School of Management organised a webinar on ”Technology and Job(less) Growth in India’ on August 4, 2021. Prof. Nilanjan Banik hosted the webinar and welcomed the renowned guest speaker, Dr. Amir Ullah Khan, a Development Economist and Professor at the Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of the Government of Telangana. The webinar threw light on some of the attention-grabbing topics of the hour- The current state of the Indian economy, the current job outlook in India, developing necessary skill set for the prospective candidates, online teaching at the time of Covid-19 and its effect and the prospect of a graduate student (Economics and Finance) were discussed.
