He presently Leads Talent Development CoE at AB InBev GCC Services India Pvt Ltd and in the past has led Global Learning functions at Strides Pharma, Kontoor/ VF Brands and has diverse experience across industries through his Consulting stints. He is a PhD in OBHRM from IIM Kashipur, and to his credit, he has many international research publications in Millennial Learning, Gamification and Intergenerational Learning.
