Mary Rupa Tete

Mary Rupa Tete is a social development professional with about 22 years of experience. She is an Economics graduate from Delhi University and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. She started her career with Marketing, but eventually realized that her passion lay in working for social causes. She has worked on education, employable skills, skill development and corporate social responsibility in organizations like Bharat Petroleum, Bharti Foundation, JCB India Ltd and Usha International Ltd. to name a few. She loves traveling, reading and meditation.

Rupa is currently leading the Usha Silai School program in Usha International Ltd. This is a national level skilling and entrepreneurship development program for rural women across India.
