Tatheer Fatima is an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, Mahindra University. She is pursuing her PhD in National Law University, Delhi. She completed her graduation from the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, in 2018. Further, she holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from NLSIU.  Further, she holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from NLSIU. Her areas of interest include Cyber Laws, Business Laws, FinTech and Blockchain.

  • Co-authored a blog post entitled “De-encrypting Crypto: (Plain old) Jamtara or White Hat?” to the ‘National Law School Business Law Review’ website.
  • Contributed to the Panel Discussion proceedings for the Asia-Pacific (Online) Panel Discussion on Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies, published by the Indian Journal of Law and Technology.

    • She is currently working on Regulation of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies.
