Dr. Naji Bejjani

Dr. Naji Bejjani is a visiting faculty in Executive Education, at Mahindra University. He is a Senior consultant and Co-founder of NBTS, based in Lebanon. He is Passionate educator & coach, having trained & coached individuals at various hierarchical levels, from sales executives and team leaders to sales managers, account executives, account managers, and top managers. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various industries, including Contracting, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Retail, IT Services and Media.

He has consulted for more than 60 Companies & NGOs, in Lebanon and other countries. He was a Keynote speaker in International Congresses & Coached more than 55,000 people from 22 countries across 4 continents. He is also a Leadership & Public Speaking Coach for Business Leaders & young Entrepreneurs, and a Jury member in Business Plan Competitions. He co-founded the 1st “Entrepreneurship Centre-Lebanon” in 1999.

He has conducted workshops and consulting assignments for clients like Dunkin Donuts, Credit Bank, Atlas Holding, Motorola Solutions, Schneider Electric, and several others. He did his Doctoral studies in Econometrics, & Masters in International Relations, from France. He did his MBA from IESE – Barcelona, Spain, and attended HARVARD External Program. Over the last 25 years, he had taught more than 7,000 students in Masters & Doctoral Programmes. He was also Research Director of several Masters and Doctoral Theses.
